Media-holding Telcast Media Group and therefore also its wholly-owned project “Earth Television Network” has been subject to a reorganization. In the course of this restructuring, Nikolaus and Claudius Lohmann, have acquired with their Berlin based company Stereo 3D Experts GmbH & Co. KG substantial assets of the Earth Television Network (including technology, offices, employees, trademarks etc.) as of 1st of June 2012.
All assets are held by the new earthTV®
The assets are now held by the newly found company with the new name “earthTV network GmbH” (HRB 198111 Amtsgericht München (Local Court)). The business operations of Earth Television will be continued under the commercial name “earthTV®”.
New dynamic aspirations
With the support of Bagel Group, the Lohmann brothers successfully founded Stereo 3D Experts in mid 2011. Since then, the Berliner company has developed ambitious software solutions for the new 3D smartphone and 3D connected TV markets.
